The Mercury-Venus conjunction will be very narrow till the end of May and they'll meet (conjunct) Jupiter (on May 11), and Mars on May 21-23 (May 21: Mercury-Mars conjunction at 7° 19' Taurus. May 23: Venus-Mars conjunction at 9° 01' Taurus).
By the time Venus reaches Jupiter on May 11, these 3 planets (Mercury - Venus/Jupiter) will be found within an arc of 0° 12' (24° 34' - 24° 46', in Aries) !!! Quite an accurate conjunction !!!

It seems to be not just the time of the year, the TIME OF ETERNITY instead (exaggerating it a bit) of accurate conjunctions (thanks "god" not accurate multi-squares, T-squares, and Grand Crosses though...)
the first been the triple Mercury(R)-Mars-Pluto conjuntion, all found within 8 seconds of an arc (0° 00' 08'') on December 14 (GMT), 2010 at 4° 41' Capricorn (the recurrence of it being extremely rare...)
the second been the triple Mercury-Mars-Neptune conjunction* on February 21 (GMT), 2011 at ~28° 30' Aquarius, all found within an arc of 0° 06' (*very close to the Sun, too).

Those conjunctions aren't between outer planets, anyway. There have been very narrow conjunctions between outer planets like the Saturn-Uranus-Neptune conjunction on September 1307..

A very spectacular (if ever visible) conjunction would be the 6-ple Moon-Mercury(R)-Venus-Jupi
ter-Saturn-Neptune (conjunction) on September 9, 1127 all found within an arc of 5° 51' ...
Another extraordinary 4-ple conjunction, was the Sun-Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto one, under which Descartes (Καρτέσιος) was born (April 1596).

The most accurate conjunction/alignment* of the past centuries between outer planets have been, anyway, the Saturn-Uranus-Pluto (an WOW! conjunction, all found within an arc of 0° 02' !!!) on April 582 (A.D.) at 10° 45' Pisces.
The most recent conjunction/alignment* was the 1989/1990 between Saturn-Uranus-Neptune (conjunction, very wide though). Jupiter joined the alignment by opposition on January 1990.

Another very recent WOW conjunction* including inner & outer planets (the New Moon, too) was the 7-ple (7-πλή σύνοδος) (New-)Moon-Sun-Mercury-Ven
us-Mars-Uranus-Neptune conjunction on January 12, 1994 (4 days prior to Los Angeles 1994 earthquake). 6 planets were found within an arc of 4° 44', while 5 planets within an arc of 1° 52'.
The effects of that conjunction weren't so "wow" for L.A., anyway...

*co-linear to Earth (every conjunction is co-linear to Earth, since Earth is the centre of the Geocentric system).
